This SoftPaq contains the audio drivers for Creative SoundBlaster AudioPCI 128 PS audio Controller. This SoftPaq also contains the Compaq CVA file for Windows 95 and 98. The Compaq CVA file is used by System Software Manager (SSM).
NOTE: SoftPaq SP12381 contains the Compaq CVA file for Windows NT 4.
The difference between SP12380 and SP12381 is the Compaq CVA file support for the operating system. If you do not use SSM and choose to run the SETUP program manually, you only need to download either SP12380 or SP12381. The SETUP program automatically detects the operating system and language and installs the correct drivers.
