Crystal Semiconductors 4237b Driver. After 8 hours of testing a hundred drivers I finally got this working. This is an actual self loading extractable driver from Crystal/Cirrus. They never published a Win2000 driver for this card but this one is fully functional. It may work with XP as well didnt try that. You will need RAR to open but its a free download too.
