Cmedia (CMI) cmi8738 Driver. Little hard to fond this as there were no markings by the Board Manufacturer ONLY the chipset Manufacturer...not sure if the model number I gave is correct...I put down the number on the chip (which is what I used to find this driver). Different drivers available from www.cmedia.com.tw/download/OS_e-cmi8738_index.htm for XP,NT, 98se etc.
