Aureal Vortec2 based soundcards Driver. this is the new Beta version 3.10 of the A3D API...no problems so far and fixed a few issues with HalfLife and UnrealTournament. A3D enabled still imposes a framerate hit, although it seems to be 3-5fps less than a3d v2.x
