Aztech Labs AzT-SG16Mix; AZTPR16 Chipsets Driver. This is the chipsets on an old Packard Bell soundcard that has both Aztec labs and Crystal (CS4216-KL) chipsets on it. It takes the Aztec drivers to make it work. This card is not PnP (plug and pray!).
