Change Points Corrected an issue where the internal microphone volume is to low during an internet phone call or recording.Save this file to a convenient location such as the Windows Desktop. Uninstall the existing Conexant Audio Driver by clicking Start, Control Panel, Uninstall a Program under the Programs heading, Conexant HD Audio, then Uninstall. Restart the computer. On the Windows Desktop, double-click the downloaded file to start the installation. Click OK, Unzip then OK again. If a User Account Control message is displayed, click Continue. A device driver installation wizard window will be displayed.Click OK at the Device driver installation window to start the installation. A device driver installation wizard window will be displayed. Click OK at the Device driver installation window to complete the installation. Restart the computer. Driver Version Verification. Run Device Manager. Double-click Conexant High Definition Smart Audio 221 under Sound, video and game controllers.Click the Driver tab and verify that the driver version is 4.36.10.0.
