Promise Technology 3d web sound Driver. FTP'd this eventually from promise site, tough one! You need your Windows CD. If it wont access your Win CD/rom while loading, go to C \windows\system (browse) It will load some, then c \windows.. to load the rest .. It works in 98 too.
