Comments:
Do not have the Boston program installed.
Power up the speakers and plug them into a USB port.
XP will install as HID device.
Open Device Manager and find the Boston HID under Human Interface Devices.
Right click on the name, select Update Driver.
Click no, then click install from a specific location.
Next screen selest Don't search I will specift the location.
When th escreen pos up with a driver list, selest Have Disc.
In the Install from Disc screen, browse to the downloaded file and select it. Click OK.
Go to Sound and Audio in Device Manager and make sure that the Boston Speakers are selected for output.
This will get th espeakers working, but will not load the Boston GUI are allow you to control volume from the speaker knob.
