Analog Devices AD1848KP Driver. This chipset is also used in the Aztech Sound Galaxy Basic 16. That's where I found this driver. Worked fine along with the integrated Sony CD-Rom interface. Had to use their 173a drivers for the cdu-33a CD with it.
