Packard Bell Sound 4 Winmodem Driver. This driver is for all Packard Bell machines that has the Sound 4 Winmodem / Sound Card. This upgrades the modem to the new V.90 standard while it also upgrades your sound card to the Aztech 2030 PNP driver. This is useful when you transfer this card to other machines or upgrade to other operating systems such as Windows 95/98 or ME. Just double click the file it will unzip to a directory and just direct windows to that folder on your hard drive and windows will do the rest.
