Philips Consumer Electronics PSC706 Driver. This is the Windows 2000 driver for the PSC706. I have also included the instruction manual to help with the install. Once you get the driver installed, head on over to www.philipsusa.com/Support/pcdrivers/soundcards/PSC706.html and you then can update the drivers. Be patient and give the page a minute to finish loading before you click on Begin or you will get an error message. JB
