Yamaha OPL3-SAX Driver. Goes with Opl3sa.drv, vopl3sa.vxd, and vsgm.vxd. I uploaded all four unzipped. The four files fit on a 3.5 disk. Extracted from Smitty's zip files. Got my card working fine.
