Crystal Semiconductors CS4281 Driver. This zip actually has the Windows 98, ME, & 2000 drivers. This is the most up-to-date driver that I could find and I have installed about five of them looking to resolve a conflict I had. This did the trick. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a setup program to install but I used the setup program from the zip labeled "crystal cs4281.zip" and everything works out great.
