Removed Old Drivers, Booted, Pointed to This File And Whammo!!
HOWever, It Worked Like A Charm ONLY after i Removed This Driver As Well.
I Immediately Then Ran windows Setup For The Last time. And Setup Found Them On It's Own!!!
Great Sound Since!! Windows ME.
Haven't Tried It On Any Other OS.
