SiS Corporation CMI8338, CMI8338A, CMI8738 Driver. This is the drivers for CM3x38. It says it is for Win9x. I installed it for a CMI8338 on W2K Pro, and it works great. The .INF file also list CMI8738, and the CMI8338A.
File Contents: To install, click on "Have Disk" and point to the location where you decompressed it.
