Crystal Semiconductors CS4232 Driver. This is the second upload for the CS4232....(the first was from the Everex folder....probably not correct for straight installation-but, may be correct for a reinstallation).
File Contents: This is from the CRD423x folder in the Windows Driver Library of Windows 95b and should be what is needed for a new installation. Setup/install files included.
