Creative Labs AWE64D (CT4600) Driver. It took me about 3 hours to find this device. I finally found it at a Japnanese site, so the readme file is in Japanese (it's garbage to me). Just double-click on the .exe file and it should detect the device. Let me know if it doesn't work.
