Creative Labs 4750 Driver. This file contains Windows NT drivers from my original Soundblaster PCI 128 CD ROM, including the Ensoniq mixer and extras. My model is the Ensoniq based one, I believe a 4750. Though unsigned for Windows XP, I am currently running this driver in Windows XP Pro/Corporate Edition with no problems so far...though it doesn't seem any better than the driver that comes with XP.
