Diamond Multimedia MultiMedia Kit 1000/2000/etc Driver. This zip file contains drivers for the Diamond Multimedia Sound/CD card which contains both the OPTI 929 and the Crystal CS4248-KL chips. There are drivers for Win98, WinNT and OS2 here. I got these directly from Diamond's FTP site
