DCS Multimedia DCS s613 Driver. Win 98se recognized this sound card as an ALS100.Used the Avance ALS100 driver and the sound card installed without any problem.It's in self extracting zip form and easy to use. Not sure if this will work with all DCS s613 cards but it's worth a try.
