Acer works with CX4235-XQ3 ZTAWDE 9916 Driver. This driver worked with my unidentified (at the time)sound card with the Crystal CX4235-XQ3 chip REALLY well. You can choose to download versions for a number of operating systems at the Aopen/Acer web-site too, in case you don't have Win 98 SE english.aopen.com.tw/tech/download/
