Crystal Semiconductors CS-462x Audio Driver

Crystal Semiconductors CS-462x Driver. I searched driver-guide.com for this driver but was unable to find it based on the model found on the sound card. I downloaded this from another site and it works with Windows XP Pro however documentation says Windows 2000. So it also should work flawlessly with WinNT, Win2000, WinXP. It "may" work with Windows 2003 as well but there isn't any guarantee since I haven't actually tested it.

Though the model number suggests Crystal Semiconductors as the manufacturer, it seems as though its actually Cirrus Logic but I've placed it here for any others that may have mistakenly thought it to be from Crystal Semiconductors since the model format seems to follow that of Crystal.

Earlier 16-bit environments such as Win98 and under may not work with this driver but any driver model with the format CS-462x for which there are a few on driverguide, have drivers explicitly for those Operating Systems.

Enjoy, it took quite some time to find this driver.
