Cmedia (CMI) 8338 Driver. Go to www.cmedia.com.tw/ , then FAQS on the left hand menu bar, then Miscellaneous, then Direct X Issue to read what C-Media has to say about this issue. If you still want to download the certified version, I have uploaded it. Apparently, this is not necessary.
