ESS Technologies ess1688 Driver. Drivers dated 11/21/96. Unzip to a temp directory, then select the ess1688 audio drive in system, devices, sound card. Then select drivers tab and select update drivers and select have disk then browse to the temp directory you unzipped to. Then reboot.
