Jazz Multimedia V 2.1 Driver. This is a driver for the Jazz sound card as well as a CD-ROM driver. The CD-ROM driver has installers for Panasonic, Mitsumi, and Sony brands. I didn't know which kind mine was, so I used trial and error...finally, one worked! Good luck...
