OPTi OPTi Plug-N-Play 924 Sound System: AUDIO plus MODEM Driver. This is the installation disk that came with my computer. All files are included except SNDINIT.ZIP which has become corrupted. However after a full hard disk format I was able to get my sound card to work using these files.
