Elitegroup Computer Systems AI-101 Driver. For cards with Opti 82929A and Analog Devices AD1846jp chips. Unzip the file on a floppy or your HD, use Add Hardware wizard, select "Other Devices', then "Have Disk" and point to the unzipped files. Delete the Multi-Function device that may be in your "Other" section of Device Manager first. Worked fine for me.
