Creative Labs cmi8330 Driver. To use these unzip to a folder. You will need to disable your sound device and reboot. Then copy the unzipped files to windows/system. Make sure your files are set as "View All". A "Readme.txt" is included in the zip file. Enable your device then reboot. To check that this has worked reboot again and you should no longer get an msgsrv32 error message on shutdown.
