Avance Logic, Inc. AD1885 Driver. I downgraded an HP Pavilion 7955 from Win XP to Win ME. It's an ASUS P4U-LA motherboard, per HP, but ASUS didn't list it. Tried 5 other drivers before I finally found this one on ASUS site. Unzip to hard drive and click on Setup in the "wdm" subdirectory - worked like a charm for me!
