Cmedia (CMI) CMI all Driver. I got this driver from the Cmedia Website. This one is for CMI8738-Win 9x, but if you goto www.cmedia.com.tw and click on Downloads, they have all the CMI chip drivers for all Operating Systems including 2k and XP. Hope it helps.
