Cardinal Technologies DSP-16 Driver. In a HP Vectra 486 DX2-66 is a sound card with a HP part no. The FCC ID traces it to Cardinal Technologies (now defunct). This ZIP file contains drivers that have worked on my system under Win 95b OSR2.5 plus details of my installation procedure and circumstances.
