Yamaha DS-1 Integrated Audio Driver. Dell Dimension V400c integrated audio driver, for Yamaha DS-1. This is from '98, so it creates a set of 4 floppies from which you then load the actual driver. There's another version out there that creates 5 floppies but that didn't work on this particular machine.
