Microsoft MS Kernel for Sound Driver. This is a registry fix to add missing MS Kernels and MS Streaming Proxies to S.M. Device Manager for Windows ME (May Work with Win98?). To be used when a sound card is properly installed, but "No Playback Devices" is still displayed and of course no sound
