ESS Technologies ES1938 DOS Emulation Driver. I don't know if it will work for windows 2000 but it's an ess 1938 solo1 driver.
File Contents: Just go through the control panel install process and point it toward the folder the driver is in.
It's the one I had to find to re- install my sound card for windows 98
